I MET THE WINGS!!!!
This is the part of my webpage that takes just about the wings... I am going to update and talk about the red wings in this part of the site...
Well I got the opportunity to attend a Red Wings practice it was sweet... Well about a week before Christmas I had the chance to go and see the Stanley Cup because it was up at the police station so that was pretty cool... Then for Christmas my dad got me a signed Kirk Maltby jersey...it said "Jessica Best Always Kirk Maltby #18" so that was really cool then since my dad knows someone that knows Mccartey he was able to get me down to Joe Louis arena... The practice was really cool. We got to park where the players park and we were able to walk around Joe Louis for a bit... but the sweet part was when I got to go into the pratice... I sat in the front row and watched them mccartey waved and I got a lot of pictures... but the best part of that was when I was taking a picture of Kirk he tossed a puck to me:) so afterwards mccartey came over and I talk to him for like 5 minutes and he signed stuff and told me to get anyone i want and they will sign it... but I was pretty much focused on my guy... kirk maltby! But, I did end up getting LLuc Robatille, Darren Mccartey, Sean Avery, and Manny Legace... I could of had Cujo very easily and as he was able to sign something Maltby started to come off the ice so I asked for the pen lol... and he gave it to kirk. Maltby was really nice and signed my puck and a picture I had of him holding the cup! and he was soo incredibly nice then he went into the locker room... But, trust me that isn't the best part... he came back out with his hockey stick and it was signed and he gave it to me! yes he actually gave it to me!!! he is the sweetest guy and super star (lol yes he is a super star~) I am so glad I met him:) It was soo sweet better than meeting any other celebrity...~ Well I am going to their game on Febuary 4th so that should be fun~ They are playing great and I know they will contunie to play good... Hopefully at the end of the season they receive the presidents cup and regain the Stanley Cup~ Well that is all for now~ <
